How to get “A-Listers” as clients isn’t easy, but it can happen, says celebrity hair and makeup artist to the stars, Valerie Noble.  In a recent interview on “ShopTalk” live on the BBM Global Network and TuneIn radio, I sat down and spoke with Miss Noble to learn how she parlayed her cosmetology studio into a business that caters to the best actors and actresses in Hollywood!  How to get “A-Listers” as clients was a strategic move on her part as she recognized that she needed to scale up her business by opening up other avenues to attract models, and television stars who needed professional portfolios. Learn how she created a niche that generated “A-Listers” and led to the creation of a professional magazine Regard, along with her partner, Dimitry Loiseau.

During our interview, Miss Noble stated, “I started as a hairstylist at a young age and by the time I was a senior in high school, I was a licensed cosmetologist. That led me, after college, to working for a popular salon franchise as VP of technical training where I trained the hairstylists their cutting system and did employee training for the franchisees. Next, came owning and operating my own salon for 10 years until I made my way to Los Angeles to try my hand as a hairstylist in the TV and film industry.” How to get “A-Listers” as clients deals with the ins and outs of creating a successful business through hard work, putting the time in, and honing one’s craft.  Nothing happens overnight, but it can happen if one is willing to work for it!

Listen to my talk with “A-Lister” Hair and Makeup Artist, Valerie Noble!
